About the Organisation
Subodh Law College (SLC) was established under the aegis of University of Rajasthan in 2010 with the objective of maintaining high standards in providing quality legal education. The college offers a five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. programme and a three-year LL.B. programme. It is affiliated with Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur and recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Within a short span of time, the college has established a distinct presence in the state of Rajasthan through its commitment to academic excellence and professional legal training.
Subodh Law College is a part of S.S. Jain Subodh Shiksha Samiti, a Not-for-Profit Society established in 1918, which has been providing educational service to society for over a century. With 20 institutions under its umbrella, the Samiti is among the largest educational groups in Rajasthan.
About the Journal
S.S. Jain Subodh Law College, Jaipur, invites submissions for Volume 5 of its Biannual Online Journal – Subodh Nexus (ISSN: 3048-5371).
The journal aims to provide a scholarly platform for academicians, researchers, legal professionals, and students to present their research and perspectives on contemporary legal and socio-legal issues.

Theme
There is no specific theme for this volume. Submissions related to law or socio-legal disciplines are welcome.
Submission Categories
Authors may submit manuscripts under the following categories:
- Case Study: 2500 – 4000 words
- Article: 4000 – 6000 words
- Research Paper: 6000 – 8000 words
Please ensure that the manuscript falls within the prescribed word limit. Submissions exceeding or falling short of the limit may be returned for revision.
Submission Guidelines
Plagiarism and AI Usage Policy
- Submissions must be original and unpublished work of the author(s).
- The similarity index (plagiarism) must not exceed 20%, with proper citation of sources.
- AI-generated content, if used, must not exceed 20% of the manuscript.
- Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and authenticity of their submissions.
- Submissions exceeding the prescribed limits may be returned for revision or rejected.

Co-authorship
Maximum two authors per submission.
Abstract
Each manuscript must include an abstract of 150–250 words.
